RESERVE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. RESERVE PAYMENT METHOD
• Upon reserving your home, you will be required to make a credit card payment equivalent to the reserve price.
• Your card payment will be taken immediately and your reservation shall be confirmed on the spot.
2. RESERVE PERIOD
• After paying the reserve deposit, you will have a period of 72 hours (3 days) to confirm your purchase.
• During this period, a representative from PalaciosMar will get in touch with you in order to:
- Arrange the exchange of contracts.
-Discuss the conveyance terms and conditions.
• If you have not received a call from any PalaciosMar representative, you can contact our customer service line on 966715733.
3. RESERVE CANCELLATION
• If following the payment of the reserve deposit, you no longer wish to go ahead with the purchase, you will have a period of 72 hours (3 days) from the date of the reserve payment receipt to inform our company in written through any reliable method that you no longer wish to go ahead or proceed with your purchase.

• Upon receipt of your cancellation notice, PalaciosMar shall proceed to refund any monies paid to the same credit card used during payment and the agreement shall be terminated.
• Should PalaciosMar be unable to contact any customer during the above period for the purposes of arranging an exchange of contracts and, unless customer had contacted us for any reasons, we may proceed to terminate the agreement in the following manner:
- all monies received shall be retained in concept of damages.
- any properties involved in the purchase shall be immediately be put back for sale in the market.
